Ans. Administration is the process which is used to control the enterprise works. Every enterprise running in profit or not, needs some control for proper functioning. Administration includes some function necessary which are decision making, policy making, and goal adjustments etc. Administration is
essentially needed in every organization So that proper control must be kept it each and every department or. function of the· organization. Administration of an enterprise is responsible for making policies and deciding the goals/targets to be achieved. Administration does not need any technical ability. Administration is not productive in nature. Administration manages and coordinates finance productivity, manpower and distribution of work. It is responsible for organizational structure framing and to make proper control over the enterprise In other words, administration is the nature of an organization. It is direct related to the top level management.
An administration the person who organizes his work and also responsible for organizing the works of all the members of the company. He delegate responsibility and authority. Administrator has full authority of an organization He always takes decision in favour of organization. Therefore, it can be concluded that administration measures, and controls position activities to a great extent.
